But here I'm trying to understand why we have this behavior (failover or not in case of equality of the score). It looks like it is link to the management IP for the decision...

NimbostratusTime to resurrect this thread one year on. I have observed this behaviour also (highest management IP used to break a tie) but I am yet to see this mentioned in any documentation.
