SCCM edge client windows

I am having trouble with Edge client distribution via SSCM and please dont refer me to https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/advanced-edge-client-installation-for-windows-ndashthe-mysteries-of-windows-installer-revealed as this doesn't answer my questions!

When we install manually it works great but when we install via SCCM when the user tries to connect it asks for UAC elevation for F5 networks network helper to be run./ Has anyone seen this? How can we make SCCM install it in a way that behaves the same as when installing manually? There is virtually no info on doing this aside form the above article which isnt helpful to me.

Basically I just want silent install that behaves exactly the way a manuial install does, all connection settings need to be preserved and users should not be prompted to elevate when they connect which only happens with sccm install
