SC-VMM 2012 R2 deployment Service Template including F5 Load Balancer fails (error 21426)

Hello,

 

First of all, I'm not very knowledgeable about F5. We have implemented a F5 Virtual load balancer, add the Provider in VMM, created a VIP-Template, etc. When we deploy a Service template including two webservers and a loadbalancer we receive the following error:

 

Error (21426) Execution of DataCenterManager.LB::AddLBVIP on the configuration provider a1af2238-5665-454a-8560-64fafbfe3385 failed. Detailed exception: Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataCenterManager.LB.LBConnectionFailedException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> F5Networks.Protocols.iControl.iControlException: Unable to connect to the remote server

 

Recommended Action Check the documentation for the configuration provider or contact the publisher support.

 

Any suggestion how to solve this?
