SAML SSO Attribute Release Consent Page

We're using F5 as our SAML IDP, and we would need to show the users an Attribute Release Consent page, before they would get redirected to a SP site. Something like the Attribute Release Consent in Shibboleth's ConsentConfiguration.

 

Has anyone dealt with anything like that in F5? Any ideas how to implement it in F5? Thank you.
