We have a kernel module that we want to load it on the F5. Is this supported? Is there root access to F5?

i think it might be possible (lsmod, insmod are accessible from the bash console). If F5 supports it, I think not (the BIGIP should be view as an appliance) and you might have trouble when opening a ticket.
There is root access to the device. SSH to it with user "root" :-)
