We have a kernel module that we want to load it on the F5. Is this supported? Is there root access to F5?

Cirrostratusi think it might be possible (lsmod, insmod are accessible from the bash console). If F5 supports it, I think not (the BIGIP should be view as an appliance) and you might have trouble when opening a ticket.
There is root access to the device. SSH to it with user "root" :-)
