RSA Authentication: Enter a new PIN between 4 and 8 alphanumeric characters:

I was able to find where to make the changes, but now I found another issue related to this. After I made the changes the message is not correct it reads "Enter a new PIN between and numeric characters" it should read "Enter a new PIN between 4 and 8 numeric characters". The 4 & 8 are missing. The are part of a value: "Enter a new PIN between %{session.securid.last.pin.numeric.start} and %{session.securid.last.pin.numeric.end} numeric characters:". Where {session.securid.last.pin.numeric.start} corresponds to 4 and {session.securid.last.pin.numeric.end} to 8.
