Where do you change in APM Customization for RSA "Enter a new PIN between 4 and 8 alphanumeric characters:"?

Okay, confused now. Are you asking how to make the logon page look like your screenshot, or how to check/filter the box to only allow alphanumeric characters?

It doesn't show in the APM logon page is after the user has to change RSA pin

I want to change "Enter a new PIN between 4 and 8 alphanumeric characters:" to "Enter a new PIN between 4 and 8 numeric characters:" When ever the user get prompt to enter new PIN.

The message only appears when the system ask them to change PIN

Try this: Access Policy ›› Customization : Advanced -> Form Factor: Full/Mobile Browser -> Localization -> Customization Settings -> Access Profiles -> [your_profile_name] -> Error Messages -> SecureID prompt messages -> SecureID authentication: character range in new PIN
Don't forget to set for all required languages.
