routing issue

Hi,   We have a pair of Big-Ip's for internal use. Since the poolmembers and clients who connect to the virtual servers are both in the local network, I expect the poolmembers to route the traffic ...

On the virtual server that you use, select advanced configuration and then select Snat pool - Auto Map. This will hide the pool member addresser behind the BigIP addresses.
