I have a scenario, where i have a firewall between my F5 and servers, so i wanted to find out which interface and VALN that F5 traffic is taking? Could someone help me.

MVPthat depends on how your routing is setup.
do you have a default route configured?
do you have a route configured towards you servers?
do you have a drawing of your big-ip and the interface and firewall?
in general it will follow the most appropriate route configured
