that is when you ping to self ip (192.168.2.1). please try tcpdump when pinging to server ip (not 192.168.2.1). - Domai_23823Jun 08, 2014

Can you check if firewall software is running on the servers themselves? From your above logs I can see the request...but no reply for icmp. I set up the exact same thing in my lab test and using the exact config it works. tcpdump: verbose output suppressed, use -v or -vv for full protocol decode listening on 0.0, link-type EN10MB (Ethernet), capture size 96 bytes 19:05:14.430857 IP 10.10.10.2 > 172.16.20.12: ICMP echo request, id 1, seq 92, length 40 19:05:14.432837 IP 10.10.10.2 > 172.16.20.12: ICMP echo request, id 1, seq 92, length 40 19:05:14.435872 IP 172.16.20.12 > 10.10.10.2: ICMP echo reply, id 1, seq 92, length 40 19:05:14.438850 IP 172.16.20.12 > 10.10.10.2: ICMP echo reply, id 1, seq 92, length 40 From the F5 you are able to ping the servers correct?
