Route Domains and Strict Isolation

Strict Isolation "enabled" for Route Domain allows traffic from a Parent/Child design but does it also allow traffic from a Child/Parent design in case the backend server initiates the traffic for some reasons. Beside that we have a Forwarding Service enabled for such backend servers. Thanks Markus
