Hi folks, i got an F5 DNS acting as a nameserver, ready for ipv6, but now we got the create the reverse records (PTR) for the clients subnet, and those subnet are millions of millions of addreses, so...

CirrocumulusCreate them from where? It'd probably hep to have a bit more context so we can work out why you have forwards but no reverse domains...
Write a script perhaps? perl, bash, ksh, or for the people who like whitespace as syntax python. If you can get the forward data it's a simple matter to write out the reverse records for it.
