Hi,
I have a requirement to add PTR for *.portal.abc.com. When I am trying to add using zone runner in GTM it is throwing me a bad domain name character error. How can I add this PTR record. Please suggest me. We are using 11.5.1 HF2.

Wilcard is not an acceptable character for a PTR record. A PTR is a 1-to-1 relationship between an IP and a host name.

PTR records aren't created for hostnames, they are created for IPs. They are a reverse lookup that says what host name belongs to an IP. It is the opposite of an A record.
