PTR Records

Hi,   I have a requirement to add PTR for *.portal.abc.com. When I am trying to add using zone runner in GTM it is throwing me a bad domain name character error. How can I add this PTR record. Ple...

Wilcard is not an acceptable character for a PTR record. A PTR is a 1-to-1 relationship between an IP and a host name.
