Restored usc config to another device (same model)...config wont load
I restored the ucs config to another box, same model (was rma),and did the no-license option and when logged into the gui it says across the top:
"The configuration has not yet loaded. If this message persists, it may indicate a configuration problem."
When I load the sys config in the tmos shell I receive:
Loading configuration... /config/bigip_base.conf /config/bigip_user.conf /config/bigip.conf /config/bigip_script.conf 01071769:3: Decryption of the field (admin_password) for object (/Common/special.app/special_aaa) failed. Unexpected Error: Loading configuration process failed.
Any ideas on how to fix this? It is a stand alone unit. Thanks.

Take a look at this SOL. It should help with your issue. The problem is encrypted passwords are hardware encrypted on BigIP devices. This make them harden, but sometimes a pain with an RMA.
