Restore a volume partition ?

 

Hi; We have an urgent problem; we have a big ip 8900 with 2 hard disk with LVM and RAID , also we have system 11.1.0 HF2, and our hard disk is represented as three volume: MD1.1 MD1.2 MD1.3 and I inform you that during the procedure of upgrade from 10.2 to 11.1.0 our administrator has made a misconfiguration system , in effect, he has remove a volume patition MD1.1. My question is: how can I restore the volume MD1.1 ?

    Ouch.

     

     

    I would suggest contact Technical Support to see if there are any steps you can take to restore the volume.

     

     

    If they can't hopefully you have a backup UCS File that you can use to restore the configuration (after you re-install the base v10.2 Install).
