Response logging still disabled after config

Hi all,

 

My Big IP ASM version is 16.1.0.

 

I have followed step by step in this guide link to enable response logging (https://devcentral.f5.com/s/question/0D51T00007Mzb1U/how-to-enable-response-logging-in-waf)

  • Create logging profile
  • Map this logging profile with virtual server

 

But after update and check in event log, I still get notification is Response N/A (Response logging was disabled)

 

Please help me to solve it with many thanks

    Hi Ngô Minh Quân,

    Can you run the commands?

    pkill -f asm_config_server
pkill -f asmlogd
pkill -f pabnagd

    This commands will not impact the network traffic.
