Reset VIPRION to defaults

Hello

 

I want to put my F5 Viprion back to factory defaults.

 

I tried the method with Init 1 then sys-reset but I get this error:

 

 

h-3.00 sys-reset

 

tar: ./etc/fstab: Not found in archive

 

tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

 

Unrecognized device mount: /dev/vg-db-hdc/set.1.root /

 

Exceptions to standard device mounts must be removed before sys-reset can proce.

 

 

 

How to I restore it back to defaults?
