Replacement for GTMPARSE or GTMLOAD on v11

I want to edit configuration of GTM on v11 on the command line that is more easy to develop, with which command I can accomplish this?

And to verify the gtm config without loading it you can use:

 

tmsh load sys config gtm-only verify
