Remote Shell access to BIG-IP

I am setting up remote shell access to access out BIG-IP GUI and need to define source and destination ports for the connection.   I think ports should be 389 but I am having trouble connecting. ...

389 is normally LDAP. Are you talking about SSH access to the BIG-IP through a firewall? In that case it's TCP port 22 for SSH and TCP 443 for HTTPS.
