Reinstall OS on 5200v

Hi, if we need to replace the HD of a 5200v BIG-IP, can we reinstall the OS by ourselves?

 

Has anyone ever needed to replaced it and also reinstalled the OS?

 

I have had a hard time trying to find an official F5 procedure. Does anyone happen to have it?

    Hi,

     

    Replace HD will remove warranty.

     

    In previous hardware, one of my customer tried to change hard disk... result, the license check failed at startup of appliance.

     

    The hard disk is used as part of appliance fingerprint which is checked at each TMOS start.
