As Moo suggested, can you fail over manually using 'b fo standby' or by forcing the active unit to standby in the GUI?

 

 

Also, I wouldn't suggest setting a redundancy preference as this can lead to an additional, unnecessary fail over when the preferred active unit fails, the peer becomes active and then the preferred active unit comes back online.
