Cirrocumulusreduce step Upgrading from 9.1.2 to 10.2.4
Hi
I have to upgrade BIG-IP v. 9.1.2 into v. 10.2.4 , I used BIG-IP 3400

Employeei rememebr there is issue in rolling forward configuration when directly upgrading 9.1.x to 9.4.x. so, i think you have to go to 9.3.x first.
