Redirect to server root

Hi all, I wanted to create a rule that redirects to a root server.

 

I have an internal apps that, when accessing to its root, it could redirect to different URLs internally: If I access to it can load differents subdirs: - - - ...

 

I want to create a rule that, accessing it could works redirecting to the server as I said before...

 

Could this be done?
