Redirect RDP on a Webtop

Is there a way to have a user click on a rdp on an existing webtop and then get prompted to change the destination host. like a way to redirect to a login page to make the change. I don't want users to have a RDP connection to a single PC mapped in their AD but RDP to different host after clicking RDP on the webtop
