CirrusRecurring Outlook password prompt with F5 LTM
Hi,
We have a F5 BIG-IP 4000 configured in an active-standby setup. The software version is BIG-IP v12.0.0 (Build 0.0.606)
It ha been configured for MS exchange services with f5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.5.1 template. SSL-bridging has been setup to encrypt the traffic.
However we keep getting a prompt for the password intermittently. In the event that we bypass the F5 loadbalancer by adding a manual entry in the host file of a PC the issue does not persist.
Kindly advise how this could be resolved ?

Getting the same problem with BIG-IP V12.1 and the template.
DevBabuI have not seen the template. Do you have any sort of persistence on the VIP. How long the client remains idle before prompted for password. ?

Godfry both your iapp and tmos version are different, why not start a new question instead of jumping on an old one?
