Recommended version to fix both vulnerability CVE-2023-46747 and CVE-2023-40534

Please suggest what would be the fix if we have to fix both vulnerabilities CVE-2023-46747 and CVE-2023-40534

As seperate EHF is provided for both.

For CVE-2023-40534 --> 16.1.4.1 + Hotfix-BIGIP-16.1.4.1.0.13.5-ENG

For CVE-2023-46747 --> 16.1.4.1 + Hotfix-BIGIP-16.1.4.1.0.50.5-ENG
