reactivation of licence and impact.

Hello, Regarding the reactivation of the Licence on the F5 from the GUI , i know that it is normal to have an impact( soft reboot). But i would like to confirm if there will be an impact if the reactivation is done from the cli. A colleague of mine went for the F5 training and said he was told by the instructor that there will be no impact if the reactivation is performed from the cli.
