Reactivating a Viprion vCMP license before upgrade

You have to reactivate license dependding on the License check date of the Big-IP version that you want to install.You can check license date in the next link:

You should veryfy service check date:

show sys license | grep "Service Check Date"
Service Check Date       2017/03/10

And verify that the service check date from step 3 is a later date than the license check date listed for the version to which you are upgrading. For example, to upgrade to BIG-IP 13.1.0, your service check date should be 20170912 or later. If the service check date in your bigip.license file is earlier than the license check date for the software version you are attempting to install, you must reactivate the system's license before upgrading.
