I have configured the new F5, but could not ping the F5 external Interface, but I can take https using same external ip. I can ping management and internal ip, Any clue what will be the iss...

Am trying to ping from other subnet(Ex 10.32.127.0) and F5 subnet (10.32.76.0), ICMP is allowed in the passing firewall. But F5 does not respond, But I could https from the 10.32.127.0 .

I did verified setting the port lockdown to all , But no sucess
