when we wanted to upgrade BIGIP LTM 10 to 11 version should we change any thing in GTM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think you are likely to have any issues (unlike v9 to v10) unless you are using APM too. Of course, test thoroughly. Remember, you'll upgrade the standby and use a different volume to the current one so you can roll back very easily. Make sure you have an off-device UCS too.
