Is Window 7 supported?

Hello. I sucessfully used BIG-IP Edge Client in  Windows 7 but yesterday it auto-updated installing CAB files for a long time and after that it was impossible to connect to any server. I uninstalled ...

I need to update information. As I saw errors connected with these folders I cleaned them:
C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files
C:\Windows\Tmp

After that I managed to install F5 VPN without errors. So I returned to the original state when I cannot connect.

After running VPN and clicking Connect is starts "Updating Big-IP Edge Client" and installing CAB-files. Then it asks password as usual and I confirm it on my phone. After that it starts connecting but could not do it. I waited for 10 minutes. In View Details I see Status: connected but icon in tray is in connecting or grey state. I also see empty statistics and

 I restarted the VPN and it started downloading CAB files again and showed message:
"Edge Client failed to update. Do you want to use the old version?"
I've chosen "Yes" and connected again. No luck.

In event log I see error events:

 

 

DllHost (8252) WebCacheLocal: An attempt to open the file "C:\Users\Dron\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\V01.log" for read only access failed with system error 32 (0x00000020): "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. ". The open file operation will fail with error -1032 (0xfffffbf8).

 

 

Previousely these files were locked by taskhost.exe and I had to terminate this process.
