RDP sessions terminating intermittantly

We have APM set up to create RDP sessions dynamically. This all works but on occasion the users report being dropped out of the RDP session every 30 seconds. However it runs for days without issue. Done some investigation and there is some suggestion the F5 may be using the RDP console session and when our internal remote access system connects which uses the console session the F5 user is 'kicked out' with a 'Connection Reset' error displayed (and we can see the server sending a connection reset to F5)

 

Any suggestions on the truth of this (I can't seem to find confirmation) and/or a way around the issue? Thanks Neil
