Yes, we are load balancing Connection Broker traffic through the BIG-IP and according to "Deploying the BIG-IP LTM with Microsoft

 

Remote Desktop Services (2008 R2 and 2012)" F5 deployment guide, that should be supported for Windows 2008. Also, users are not having connectivity issues, we are just seeing the errors in the event log.
