Random characters in portal app HTML

You're encountering a defect with chunked transfer encoding handling with BIG-IP. Those characters are part of it. It is likely (or closely related to) this issue:

You can work around the issue by following the advice in that solution article. If you'd like, you can also open a support ticket and let them know you have this issue. We track the number of support requests attached to particular things like this, for prioritization.
