purpose of cipher set to DEFAULT and 'no-sslv2 no-sslv3' in options
What purpose does Client-ssl profile with cipher set to DEFAULT and 'no-sslv2 no-sslv3' in option serves?

it means the default ciphers for your version are used and SSLv2 and SSLv3 are disabled
https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K13156 shows which ciphers that are, at the BIG-IP 11.5.0 - 11.5.5 section
