Publishing skype for business moblity through Bluecoat

Hello Everybody,

I'm New to this site. I discover it while messing around google to troubleshoot Skype for business mobility which I published using Bluecoat SG proxy. I have deployed Skype for business. mobile users can sign in either from corporate wifi or 3G/4G internet. But Audio/video is not working and also they can't be reached by desktop users unless they initiate the communication. Any best practice to follow to publish skype for business mobility service through bluecoat. Any answer appriciated!
