PSM 11.2.1 HF4 issue

Hi All,

 

i hitting a strange issue with psm, when any change to http/ftp psm profile is made an error message pops up and revert the changes :

 

There is an error with the systems. Settings cannot be saved. Please consult your administrator

 

 

any ideas?
