proxies

hi um from websocket and i wanted to acess this other page but it cant load since i dont have port 8080 or port 80 im currently using port 443 so i would love to use even port 8080 ,um using USURF PROXY,SO IS THERE ANY PROXY WHICH USES ALL THIS PORTS?
