protocol profile server - use client profile
Hi,
Which is the best protocol profile (client and server ) for vs which is litening to port 80 and also for vs listening to port 443.
what is happening if we choose protocol profile server -use client profile

sims2009, it's not necessarily a question of type of Virtual Server, rather a question of type of traffic patterns. Quite often client traffic is over the internet, with high latency traffic, so tcp-wan-optimised is useful, and on server side it's internal, low latency traffic, so tcp-lan-optimised is better (note i've made a sweeping generalisation here!).
I would focus on the traffic patterns first and then the protocol profiles for port both 80/443 VSs may be the same. See the following useful articles:

In answer to your second question, use client profile means just use whatever protocol profile is in use for clientside.
