You do not need a semicolon at the end of the redirect

when HTTP_REQUEST { 
    if { [string tolower [HTTP::uri]] ends_with "abc.com/v2/" } { 
        HTTP::redirect "https://abc.com/xyz/v2/" 
    } 
}
