Problem when trying to download a file from my web server
Hi everyone,
I've a web based application that allows user to download some files.
ASM was integrated for web protection. I am not able to download a file that take more than 60 secs time to transfer I try to download many large files many times by many browsers but always after 60 secons my browser shows me "failed to download" However it is okay for small files (30 seconds for instance)
All the standart protocol timouts of tcp, http, ... are default.
I wonder if there is a default timeout in ASM which idle the user to 60 seconds

i understand tcp and http default idle timeout are not 60 seconds.
is reset firstly sent by big-ip? you may try to verify by logging reset cause.
