I'd guess you have a mismatched parenthesis or brace, but it would be easier to help if you post the full iRule.

- hoolioI think the issue is between the LB_SELECTED and LB_FAILED events. Either that, or you copied the iRule section twice. It appears that the section starting with " COMMENT :: SQL INJECTION detection" is listed in the word doc twice.
