Proactive Services

All,

I am doing some primary research on proactive services in the data center networking area. If you are managing data center or enterprise network, I would like to listen to you. I will not take much of your time. Please help me if you can. Appreciate all your help.

    What do you define as a proactive service? What kind of research are you doing? Are you affiliated with a university or a company?

    Hi Aaron,

     

    I am affiliated with an university - UCLA. By proactive service, I mean through predictive analytics reduce the network downtime.
