Priority group

Hi, Does f5 provide an option for priority group? My current project has an f5 with priority group option and we what to migrate to AWS. Say I have three web servers running apache all connected to a f5 with priority group that points to three different portal severs. I want all my traffic to be directed to 1st portal server and then to the second server and third only when the 1st is unhealthy rather than the traditional pool provided by ELB in AWS. I Was wondering if this can be achieved with your f5.
