Powershell query SNI certificates

I do not really know, how to start.

 

I want to query all certificates which are used as SNI and their expiration date. What I am missing is perhaps the understanding, why e.g. LocalLBCProfileClientSSL has no method to query a certificate.

 

With LocalProfileClientSSL I got a list with all SSL profiles.

 

And then? How can In determine if it is used for SNI or not?
