EmployeeI'm guessing that "power save mode" is a byproduct of a bigger issue. From the console, do you see it continuously trying to reboot? If yes, the error looks like a potential filesystem problem (hard drive or flash). Does it respond to any commands?
I would suggest one of the following approaches:

Follow this guide to completely rebuild the hard drive: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/bigip_getting_started_guide_10_1_0/bip_gs_app_diskinit.html1029399, and/or
-
Open a support case and/or potentially RMA the unit.
