POP3 over SSL/TLS monitoring

Hello

 

 

I would like to know what would be the recommended way to monitor POP 3 servers over SSL/TLS since default POP3 monitor does not generate SSL traffic ?

 

 

 

would this only be possible with an irule?

 

 

any comments highly appreciated

    i never tried but thinking external monitor using command such as openssl might be usable.

     

     

    anyway, there is request for enhancement which is targeted in later release.
