Pool Monitor for ADFS 3.0/2016

I'm looking for a pool monitor for ADFS 2016 servers (basically the same as ver 3.0) that works. I've tried those scripts for SNI and can't get them to work.

  For the HOST = variable, is it the URL being received by the F5, or the names of the ADFS servers in the pool? If it's the names of the ADFS servers, what do you use for a delimiter between the server names?
